The invention in Patent 2 teaches a security system with a programmable security panel, a plurality of sensors, and at least some sensors having cameras associated with them. The panel is programmable to produce different responses to an alarm fault condition, based on whether the panel is armed or disarmed. These features are similar to those found in Patent 1, which describes a mobile surveillance system, a mobile device controlling the activation and deactivation of the system, and cameras positioned at the surveillance area to capture data. The motion detection device in Patent 1's camera system is analogous to the alarm fault conditions described in Patent 2. As such, Patent 2 may be considered an anticipating prior art of Patent 1, as it discloses similar features that could be used in the same manner for surveillance purposes.
